Job Description

  1. Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to healthcare professionals on a variety of therapeutic areas.
  2. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and presentations to increase knowledge and understanding of healthcare professionals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to identify educational needs and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new treatments, and emerging technologies to ensure relevant and accurate educational content.
  5. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including securing venues, managing logistics, and communicating with participants.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support on product information, clinical trials, and best practices.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, medical societies, and patient advocacy groups.
  9. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to promote educational programs and increase brand awareness.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that support business objectives.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of training activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  13. Continuously assess and improve educational programs to meet the changing needs and expectations of healthcare professionals.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to other team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  15. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, embodying the values and mission of IQVIA.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Field Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator Position At Iqvia. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Nursing Knowledge And Principles.

  • Active Nursing License: A Valid And Active Nursing License Is A Must For This Role, As The Field Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator Will Be Responsible For Providing Clinical Education And Support To Healthcare Professionals. A Current License Ensures That The Candidate Is Up-To-Date On The Latest Nursing Practices And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience: To Be An Effective Educator, The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Provides A Solid Understanding Of Patient Care, Treatment Protocols, And Disease Management.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Field Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Delivering Educational Presentations And Training Sessions To Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Medical Information.

  • Knowledge Of Multiple Therapeutic Areas: Iqvia Operates In Various Therapeutic Areas, And The Field Multi-Therapeutic Nurse Educator Is Expected To Have A Broad Understanding Of These Areas.
