  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the commercial solutions portfolio in the Northeast region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
  3. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in our commercial solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training and development programs as needed.
  7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulatory policies to ensure compliance and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Represent IQVIA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our commercial solutions and expand our client base.
  10. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales team, promoting our values and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Current Market Trends.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Sales, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Highly Competitive Market.
