  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes within the healthcare industry.
  2. Utilize SQL and SAS to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  3. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation.
  5. Monitor and report on data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and proactively seek out new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes.
  7. Provide support and guidance to team members on data analysis best practices.
  8. Fluent in German to support data analysis and communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
  9. Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data privacy regulations.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and provide guidance and training to colleagues as needed.
  12. Take initiative to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize data analysis processes.
  14. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  15. Represent IQVIA in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency In German: As A Native Speaker, The Data Analyst Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In German To Effectively Gather And Analyze Data From German-Speaking Markets.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Sas: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sql And Sas Programming Languages To Manipulate And Extract Data From Databases, Perform Statistical Analysis, And Create Reports.

  • Data Analysis Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Analyzing Large Datasets.

  • Knowledge Of Spanish Market: Being Based In Spain, The Data Analyst Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Spanish Market And Its Healthcare Landscape, Including Data Sources, Regulations, And Market Trends.

  • Attention To Detail: Accuracy And Attention To Detail Are Crucial For A Data Analyst Role. The Candidate Must Be Able To Spot Errors And Discrepancies In Data And Have The Ability To Resolve Them Efficiently.
