Job Description

IQVIA is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Trials Registered Nurse to join our team! As a Clinical Trials Registered Nurse, you will provide support to clinical trial activities. You will have the opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative environment, where you can grow your career and make a meaningful contribution to our mission.In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including assessments, clinical support, and patient education. You will also work with the clinical team to coordinate and execute clinical research activities, such as patient visits, sample collection, and laboratory procedures.To be a successful candidate, you must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of three years' experience in clinical trials and patient care, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are a must. Experience in a clinical research environment, as well as knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care, including assessments, clinical support, and patient education.
  2. Coordinate and execute clinical research activities, such as patient visits, sample collection, and laboratory procedures.
  3. Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate patient and trial records.
  5. Identify and report adverse events and safety findings.
  6. Develop and implement patient-specific care plans.
  7. Collaborate with clinical team to ensure timely completion of study milestones.
  8. Educate patients and families about clinical trials and treatments.
  9. Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
  10. Provide support and guidance to clinical staff.
