  1. Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials, in alignment with project goals and timelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential study participants and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods, including online advertising, community outreach, and physician referrals, to attract eligible participants.
  4. Screen and assess potential participants to ensure they meet study criteria and obtain informed consent.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant recruitment and enrollment data.
  6. Communicate with study sites and investigators to support enrollment efforts and troubleshoot any recruitment challenges.
  7. Monitor and track participant retention, implementing strategies to improve retention rates as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with patient advocacy groups and other relevant organizations to facilitate recruitment efforts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Train and mentor team members on patient recruitment strategies and techniques.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and campaigns.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to patient recruitment and retention.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with study participants.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to promote patient recruitment services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Marketing, Communications, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Patient Recruitment For Clinical Trials, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Patient Recruitment Strategies And Tactics, Including Digital Marketing, Social Media, And Patient Advocacy Outreach.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Clinical Trials And Meet Recruitment Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
