Job Description

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Trial Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive innovative research solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of oncology clinical trials. We are looking for a highly organized individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of clinical trial management experience, preferably in an oncology setting. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or public health is required. Additionally, experience in project management, risk management, and clinical operations is essential. The successful candidate should have knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines, and an ability to think critically and solve problems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team, are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the operational aspects of oncology clinical trials, including the development of project plans, the selection of clinical sites, and the implementation of protocol.
  2. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  3. Assess project risks and develop risk management plans.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates, timelines, and any other relevant information.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical research sites and vendors.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot potential challenges throughout the clinical trial process.
  7. Prepare and review documents such as clinical study protocols, project plans, and reports.
  8. Lead clinical trial meetings and ensure that key decisions are made and communicated in a timely manner.
  9. Perform quality control checks of study-related data.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical research.
