The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and training teams on clinical trial protocols, as well as providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.The Clinical Trial Educator will be a key member of the team, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive educational programs to healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and other stakeholders. This individual should have a strong background in clinical research, including experience with clinical trial protocols and regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We’re looking for a professional who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs to healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and other stakeholders in order to improve clinical research processes.
- Stay up to date on clinical trial protocols and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to ensure quality customer service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to individuals and teams.
- Assist with the implementation and management of clinical trial processes.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Utilize data to measure and track the progress of educational programs.
