Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Trial Educator to join the team at IQVIA. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective education programs to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. To be successful in this position, you must have a deep understanding of clinical trials and the regulations that govern them, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You'll also need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs for patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals about clinical trials and related regulations.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that education programs are effective and engaging.
  3. Research and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations, and recommend changes to ensure compliance.
  4. Monitor patient education programs to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for expansion.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  6. Train and mentor team members in clinical trial education.
  7. Create and track metrics to measure the success of education programs.
  8. Assist with the recruitment of patients for clinical trials.
  9. Work independently to ensure educational programs are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Prepare reports on program outcomes and present findings to stakeholders.
