Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Educator to join the IQVIA team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in clinical research and an understanding of clinical trial operations. Our Clinical Trial Educator will be responsible for providing education and support to clinical trial staff, sponsors, and other stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who can develop, implement, and monitor education plans and programs.The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, the Clinical Trial Educator should have an aptitude for working with diverse teams and individuals. A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare related field is required and experience in clinical research is preferred.If you have a passion for educating and supporting clinical trial staff and other stakeholders, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor education plans and programs related to clinical trials.
  2. Provide education and support to clinical trial staff, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial regulations, processes, and best practices.
  4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the education programs.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and successful outcomes for clinical trials.
  6. Maintain organized records of all training materials and activities.
  7. Effectively communicate with diverse teams and individuals.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance education programs.
  9. Develop innovative approaches to clinical trial education.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
