Job Description

IQVIA is seeking an experienced, talented, and motivated Clinical Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The Clinical Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the organization and implementation of clinical supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical supplies.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and five years of experience in clinical supply chain management. The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They must have a strong understanding of clinical trial supply chain processes and be able to think critically to identify and address potential supply chain risks.This position calls for a self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously while also working collaboratively with a talented team of supply chain professionals. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about supply chain management and who can bring a fresh perspective to our clinical supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive clinical supply chain processes and procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical supplies.
  2. Analyze and optimize clinical supply chain operations to identify potential risks and develop solutions to address them.
  3. Prepare and present detailed reports on clinical supply chain operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Monitor and manage clinical supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery, cost of goods, and inventory levels.
  5. Analyze and respond to changing market conditions to ensure the most cost-effective delivery of clinical supplies.
  6. Support the development and implementation of new systems and technologies to streamline clinical supply chain operations.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and clinical teams, to ensure successful execution of clinical supply chain operations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure successful delivery of clinical supplies.
  9. Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and standards in clinical supply chain operations.
  10. Provide guidance and training to other team members on clinical supply chain operations.
