  1. Conducting and coordinating clinical trial activities in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsor clients.
  3. Supporting the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols.
  4. Monitoring and tracking study progress and ensuring timely completion of all study activities.
  5. Identifying and resolving issues and discrepancies in study data.
  6. Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of all study-related activities.
  7. Communicating effectively with study team members and sponsor clients to ensure smooth execution of trials.
  8. Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  9. Ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines throughout the entire trial process.
  10. Participating in study team meetings and providing updates on study progress.
  11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful completion of trials.
  12. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  13. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
  14. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Life Science Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In The Life Sciences Is Essential For A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) As They Will Be Working On Clinical Trials And Need To Understand The Scientific Principles Behind The Research.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Cra: Having Prior Experience Working As A Cra Is Crucial For This Role As It Demonstrates Knowledge Of Clinical Research Processes And Regulations.

  • Familiarity With Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines: Gcp Guidelines Are The International Ethical And Scientific Standards For Conducting Clinical Research. A Cra Must Have A Strong Understanding Of These Guidelines To Ensure That All Aspects Of The Trial Are In Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Cra, Effective Communication Is Essential As They Will Be Working With Various Stakeholders, Such As Investigators, Study Coordinators, And Study Sponsors. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Crucial As Cras Need To Build And Maintain Relationships With These Stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented And Organized: Cras Are Responsible For Ensuring That All Aspects Of The Clinical Trial Are Conducted Accurately And In Accordance With Protocols And Regulations. Therefore, Being Detail-Oriented And Organized Is Essential For Success In This Role.
