  1. Conduct clinical research activities in compliance with applicable regulations and protocols.
  2. Assist in the development and review of clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  3. Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at investigator sites.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting.
  5. Communicate with study team members, investigators, and site staff to ensure adherence to study protocols and timelines.
  6. Identify and resolve study issues and protocol deviations.
  7. Maintain study files and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  8. Participate in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and study-specific procedures.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study milestones and deliverables are met.
  10. Participate in the training and mentoring of new team members.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and guidelines related to clinical research.
  12. Provide support for regulatory submissions and inspections.
  13. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance study efficiency and quality.
  14. Represent IQVIA at investigator meetings, conferences, and other external meetings as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality, integrity, and ethical conduct in all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Cro Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Nursing, Or Pharmacy.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Utilizing Electronic Data Capture Systems And Other Clinical Trial Software.
