  1. Monitor and manage the progress of clinical trials at various investigative sites.
  2. Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations.
  3. Conduct site visits to assess study progress, data collection, and adherence to protocols.
  4. Complete and maintain accurate and timely documentation of all study activities.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the course of the study.
  6. Communicate effectively with study site staff, study team members, and sponsors.
  7. Train and educate study site staff on study protocols and procedures.
  8. Maintain and update study files and databases.
  9. Participate in study start-up activities, including site selection, initiation, and regulatory submissions.
  10. Ensure patient safety and maintain confidentiality of study data.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical monitors, project managers, and data management.
  12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
  13. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance study efficiency and quality.
  14. Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of IQVIA in all job duties and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Sciences)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Cro Setting

  • Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Study Sites And Team Members

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
