Job Description

IQVIA is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with clinical trial management. As a CRA, you will be a key member of the clinical team and will play an integral role in the success of our clinical trials. The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field such as nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology, and at least two years of experience in a clinical research environment. You should be an excellent communicator, have strong problem-solving skills, possess excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable working independently. Additionally, you must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.If you have a passion for clinical research and a commitment to excellence, then this is the position for you. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to a successful clinical research team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day activities associated with clinical trial management.
  2. Provide input in the development of clinical trial protocols and documents.
  3. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the clinical research team and other departments.
  5. Train staff and other personnel on clinical trial procedures and processes.
  6. Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical trial data.
  7. Prepare and submit clinical trial reports.
  8. Ensure the accuracy of clinical trial documentation.
  9. Monitor the safety of study participants.
  10. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
