Clinical Research Associate

IQVIA is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field such as nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology, and at least two years of experience in a clinical research environment. You should be an excellent communicator, have strong problem-solving skills, possess excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable working independently. Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day activities associated with clinical trial management.
2. Provide input in the development of clinical trial protocols and documents.
3. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
4. Serve as a liaison between the clinical research team and other departments.
5. Train staff and other personnel on clinical trial procedures and processes.
6. Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical trial data.
7. Prepare and submit clinical trial reports.
8. Ensure the accuracy of clinical trial documentation.
9. Monitor the safety of study participants.
10. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
