  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful execution of clinical trials within the Oncology division.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical project management, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including sponsors and investigators.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and milestones.
  9. Develop and maintain project management tools and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in oncology clinical project management and implement them within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to support the growth of the Oncology division.
  12. Represent IQVIA and the Oncology division at industry conferences and events.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to project teams.
  14. Ensure the highest level of quality and compliance in all project deliverables.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Oncology division.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Project Management, With At Least 5 Years In An Oncology-Focused Role.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Specifically In The Oncology Therapeutic Area.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Project Managers And Clinical Staff.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Clients, And External Stakeholders.
