  7. Act as a subject matter expert for company products and services, providing guidance and support to clients.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting the company's brand and services.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  10. Serve as a leader and role model for other team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  11. Travel to various locations to conduct trainings and attend meetings, as required.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of training activities, including attendance and feedback.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards in the healthcare industry.
