  • Develop and implement data management plans for clinical trials in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely collection, cleaning, and validation of clinical trial data
  • Perform quality checks and review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize data management software and tools to effectively manage and track data
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to data management
  • Support the development and maintenance of data management standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding data management processes and issues
  • Proactively identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
  • Participate in training and mentoring of junior data management staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data throughout the entire data management process
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems
  • Attend project meetings and provide updates on data management activities
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of data management tasks
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed for data management activities
