  3. Maintain a deep understanding of IQVIA's products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients on their capabilities and value.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all their needs.
  6. Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, escalating issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  7. Utilize various communication channels to keep clients informed about project updates, new products, and any other relevant information.
  8. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential concerns.
  9. Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service offerings and stay competitive in the market.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing support to colleagues when needed.
  12. Represent IQVIA in a professional manner at all times, adhering to company policies and values.
