Job Description

IQVIA is looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our business by driving sales growth and expansion.We are looking for an individual with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and leading commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and/or account management. The successful individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to think strategically and analytically.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base, while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategies and tactics to increase sales, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement business strategies and tactics to drive sales and revenue growth. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities. -Manage existing customer relationships and build new ones. -Develop and lead commercial teams. -Analyze market data and trends to develop sales strategies. -Create and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers. -Monitor and evaluate competitive activities and recommend appropriate responses. -Provide customer service support. -Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. -Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting. -Manage customer inquiries, conflicts, and complaints. -Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
