  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Proactively source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and collaborate on the recruitment process.
  4. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  6. Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment progress and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  8. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  10. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment events.
  11. Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job postings that effectively attract top talent.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  13. Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels.
  14. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our company's reputation.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Processes And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Evaluating Candidates

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Recruiters And Collaborating With Hiring Managers To Identify And Fill Talent Gaps

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Team Members, And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
