Associate Sales Consultant – Trauma

IQVIA is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Sales Consultant – Trauma to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing IQVIA’s products and services to current and prospective clients. We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and a strong customer service orientation, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience in sales or customer service. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in order to promote IQVIA's products and services.
2. Develop an in-depth understanding of IQVIA's Trauma products and services and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
3. Generate and close sales leads to meet or exceed goals.
4. Utilize various software systems to track sales progress and customer information.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to develop customer loyalty and meet customer needs.
6. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities.
7. Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
8. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other documents as needed.
9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
