  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient access and affordability for life-saving medications.
  2. Manage and oversee projects related to Access & Affordability – Patient Support Services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key challenges in the healthcare industry.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare landscape.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient support programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  8. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
  10. Stay informed about industry developments and changes in healthcare policies and regulations.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  12. Train and mentor team members on project management best practices and industry knowledge.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our Access & Affordability – Patient Support Services.
  14. Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion in the patient support services market.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and responsible business practices at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Public Health.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Access And Affordability Programs And Patient Support Services Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
