Job Description

IQVIA is seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative Associate Principal to join our Medical Device team. In this role, the Associate Principal will be responsible for providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are successfully completed in accordance with established timelines and budgets. We are looking for a passionate individual with the drive to take on new challenges and make a positive impact on the success of our team and our clients.To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of clinical research, medical device regulations, and the clinical trial process, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills and will be adept at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established timelines and budgets.
  2. Analyze data and provide guidance and support to team members and clients.
  3. Stay up to date on applicable regulations and industry trends related to medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
  4. Foster a team-oriented environment and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  5. Utilize project management skills to ensure that projects are efficiently organized and completed in a timely manner.
  6. Facilitate communication within and across teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
  7. Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex issues that arise during projects.
  8. Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  10. Participate in customer meetings and other client-facing activities.
