  1. Oversee and manage laboratory project services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines, and ensure all project stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or roadblocks, proactively addressing them to ensure project success.
  4. Communicate project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project milestones and deliverables.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with project services.
  6. Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure all project activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence in laboratory project services.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on project management best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to enhance project services and processes.
  11. Ensure all project documentation and data are accurately maintained and stored.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  14. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, representing IQVIA as a leader in healthcare analytics and project services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Project Management, Life Sciences, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Laboratory Or Life Sciences Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Operations And Project Management Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Proven Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Deadlines.
