  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for IQVIA's suite of technology solutions.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges and providing customized solutions that address their specific pain points.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new markets and target clients.
  8. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  9. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  10. Act as a leader and mentor for junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Represent IQVIA at industry events and conferences to promote our technology solutions and build brand awareness.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  13. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to company sales policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and responsible sales practices at all times.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA, promoting our values and mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry through technology.
