Job Description

At IQVIA, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Clinical Project Management Director who can take on a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing clinical trial programs and activities. As a leader within the Clinical Project Management (CPM) team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our projects.In this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and experience in clinical research processes and project management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical trial management, including 6+ years in a clinical project management role. You must also have experience in vendor management, budgeting and forecasting, and managing multiple clinical projects concurrently.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. A passion for quality and a commitment to continuously improving processes and procedures are essential for this role.
