  1. Lead and oversee the biostatistics team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of statistical analysis plans and reports for clinical trials.
  2. Provide expert statistical guidance to support the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical studies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs, to ensure study objectives are met.
  4. Develop and review statistical analysis plans and ensure they are aligned with study objectives and regulatory requirements.
  5. Perform statistical analyses and interpret results to support decision-making and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Mentor and develop junior biostatisticians to build a strong and cohesive team.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and new statistical methodologies to continuously improve the biostatistics function.
  8. Manage relationships with clients and provide strategic input on statistical aspects of clinical development plans.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in study design and data analysis.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices for biostatistics.
  11. Represent the biostatistics team in internal and external meetings, presentations, and publications.
  12. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  13. Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and participating in proposal development.
  14. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the use of data and statistics in improving patient outcomes.
  15. Maintain high ethical and quality standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Biostatistics Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Biostatistics In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Analysis And Reporting

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Biostatisticians.
