  1. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure investigations are conducted in compliance with legal requirements.
  3. Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and review relevant documents to determine the facts and circumstances of each case.
  4. Provide fair and unbiased recommendations for resolution based on the findings of the investigation.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop appropriate action plans and ensure resolution of workplace issues.
  6. Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved in the investigation process, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
  7. Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity of all information related to investigations.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess the company's culture and provide recommendations for improvement to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on workplace policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to workplace investigations and employee relations.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in the field of workplace investigations.
  12. Uphold the company's values of integrity, respect, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Of Experience Conducting Workplace Investigations: Intuit Requires Candidates For The Workplace Investigator Position To Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Investigations Related To Workplace Issues Such As Discrimination, Harassment, And Misconduct. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Investigative Procedures And Techniques.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: The Workplace Investigator At Intuit Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations. This Includes Title Vii Of The Civil Rights Act, The Americans With Disabilities Act, And The Family And Medical Leave Act.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Employees, Managers, And Hr Representatives During Investigations, The Workplace Investigator Must Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Ask Probing Questions, And Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Situations, Gather Evidence, And Make Sound Conclusions Is Key For A Workplace Investigator At Intuit. This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Critically And Objectively To Identify Key Issues And Provide Fair And Impartial Recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field: While Not A Requirement, A Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources Or Business Administration Is Preferred For The Workplace Investigator Role At Intuit. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Organizational Dynamics And Business Principles, Which Are Essential For Conducting Workplace Investigations.
