Workplace Investigator

As a Workplace Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting fact-finding investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, and other violations of company policy. You will also be expected to provide guidance, advice, and recommendations on potential solutions.We are seeking an individual who has an eye for detail, a strong sense of empathy, and a passion for equity and fairness. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Law, Psychology, etc.) and a minimum of three years of experience in an investigative role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, and other violations of company policy.
2. Provide guidance, advice, and recommendations on potential solutions based on findings from investigations.
3. Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and fairness while conducting investigations.
4. Maintain a professional demeanor and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
5. Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Stay up-to-date with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prepare and present investigative reports and other documents as needed.
8. Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Provide training, guidance, and support to other team members as needed.
