  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements related to employee absence and time management.
  2. Design and implement efficient and effective Workday Absence and Time processes and procedures.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of new Workday features and updates to ensure proper functionality.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or errors related to Workday Absence and Time, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and make recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
  6. Train and support end-users on Workday Absence and Time functionality and best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Workday Absence and Time processes and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to employee absence and time management, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies.
  9. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee absences and time off requests.
  10. Communicate updates and changes related to Workday Absence and Time to relevant stakeholders and team members.
  11. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive employee information.
  12. Provide regular reporting and analysis on Workday Absence and Time metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Absence and Time, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  15. Continuously assess and optimize Workday Absence and Time processes to meet changing business needs and improve overall system functionality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Absence And Time Modules.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Analyzing And Troubleshooting System Issues, As Well As Implementing Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr And Payroll Processes And Regulations.

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
