As the VP of Product Marketing for our Workforce division, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for our suite of workforce management solutions.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Intuit's Workforce division, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and initiatives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the HR and payroll industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Intuit's suite of workforce management solutions and how they address the needs of small businesses and self-employed individuals.
  6. Create compelling messaging and positioning for Intuit's workforce products to differentiate them in the market and drive demand.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement materials and tools.
  8. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Workforce division, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Drive the launch of new products and features, including developing launch plans, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  10. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  11. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product marketing, and apply them to drive innovation and success within the Workforce division.
  12. Serve as a key spokesperson for Intuit's Workforce division, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  14. Embody Intuit's core values and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the marketing team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, Preferably In The Workforce Management Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Scaling Products In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team, Including Hiring And Developing Talent.

  • Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs In The Workforce Management Space.
