Vice President, Employee Communications

Intuit is looking for an experienced Vice President of Employee Communications to lead our team of communications professionals and help ensure that Intuit’s employees are well-informed about the company’s mission, strategies, and accomplishments. We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for employee engagement and a creative approach to storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.The Vice President of Employee Communications will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that is aligned with Intuit’s core values, culture, and goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Intuit and the ability to develop and implement effective communication plans and programs that engage and motivate employees.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in a technology or software-related industry. They will have a proven track record of creating and delivering successful employee communications programs that drive engagement and inspire change. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and project management skills. 5. Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of all internal communications.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all internal communications initiatives.
7. Provide guidance and support to other departments on all internal communication matters.
8. Develop and implement processes for ongoing internal communication improvement.
9. Ensure all internal communications adhere to the company’s branding guidelines.
10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of internal communication best practices.
