- Develop and execute innovative and effective monetization strategies to drive growth and profitability for the company.
- Lead a team of professionals in the Business Model & Monetization division, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for revenue generation and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monetization strategies into product development and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing monetization methods and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the division and regularly report on progress and results to senior management.
- Stay current on financial technology regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company's monetization strategies are in line with industry standards.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division to stay ahead of market changes and evolving customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our monetization strategies and thought leadership in the financial technology space.
