1. Lead and manage a team of tax experts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
2. Ensure team members have the necessary resources and tools to provide exceptional customer service to TurboTax Live customers.

12. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
14. Represent Intuit and the TurboTax Live brand with professionalism and integrity.
