  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies for front end web development, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing efforts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective front end solutions.
  3. Create and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites and web applications.
  4. Optimize website performance and user experience through continuous testing, monitoring, and improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on emerging front end web development trends and technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and user experience across all digital platforms.
  7. Ensure all web development projects meet established deadlines and quality standards.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front end development.
  9. Conduct regular audits of websites and web applications to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on front end development best practices.
  12. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
  14. Maintain and update website content, images, and other assets as needed.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of SEO principles and ensure all front end development adheres to SEO best practices.
  16. Ensure all front end development is compliant with web accessibility standards.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in front end development.
  18. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving processes and achieving business goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Front-End Web Development, Including Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Strong Understanding Of Seo Best Practices And Ability To Optimize Websites For Search Engines.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data From Various Sources, Such As Google Analytics, To Inform And Guide Website And Marketing Strategies.
