  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Cybersecurity team to continuously improve the security posture of our systems and protect our customers' sensitive information.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Lead and manage complex technical programs related to cybersecurity, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates and communicating project status, risks, and issues.
  5. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical and project management skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity landscape, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our security processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement security solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  10. Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and innovation within the team, and promote a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance against key metrics and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  12. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our commitment to cybersecurity and instilling confidence in our customers' minds.
  13. Define and enforce project management best practices and processes to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any conflicts or roadblocks that may arise, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
  15. Uphold and promote the company's core values, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, With A Focus On Cybersecurity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Technical Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Results.
