  1. Develop and execute product strategy and vision for Intuit's virtual expert platform on the Connect Team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure product offerings are competitive and align with industry trends.
  4. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and managing timelines.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to effectively communicate product vision, updates, and progress.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
  7. Stay informed of industry developments and competitor products to continuously improve and evolve Intuit's virtual expert platform.
  8. Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and troubleshoot product issues and bugs.
  9. Train and educate internal teams on new product features and updates to ensure successful adoption.
  10. Act as a product evangelist, promoting the virtual expert platform and its capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Remain customer-focused and seek feedback to drive continuous improvement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  12. Drive the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives.
  13. Mentor and guide junior product team members to drive individual and team growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Product Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Staff Product Manager Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Product Management Experience, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Product Launches And Managing Product Lifecycles.

  • Technical Knowledge And Aptitude: The Virtual Expert Platform Is A Technology-Driven Product, And The Staff Product Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Agile Methodologies, And User Experience Design. They Should Also Have The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technologies.

  • Leadership And Collaboration Skills: As A Key Member Of The Connect Team, The Staff Product Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders From Different Departments. They Should Have Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Drive Product Strategy And Vision.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: The Staff Product Manager Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Proficient In Data Analysis Tools. They Should Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions, Identify Trends, And Measure The Success Of Their Product Initiatives.

  • Passion For Customer Success: At Intuit, Customer Success Is At The Core Of Everything We Do.
