  1. Develop and execute product strategy for TurboTax, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation, from concept to launch.
  3. Lead and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
  4. Utilize data and customer insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations and enhancements.
  6. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to launch and promote new product features and updates.
  7. Manage the product budget and resources effectively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  8. Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for TurboTax, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  12. Mentor and guide junior product managers to foster their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Tax Preparation Market And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products, With A Focus On User Experience And Customer Satisfaction.
