  1. Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraudulent activities.
  2. Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies to protect customers and the company.
  3. Monitor and investigate suspicious activities and take necessary actions to mitigate risk.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain fraud prevention policies and procedures.
  8. Train and educate employees on fraud prevention measures.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new fraud detection technologies.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve fraud prevention processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of fraud cases and investigations.
  13. Identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  15. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to fraud-related inquiries and concerns.

Job Qualifications
