1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within the company.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
3. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations issues.
4. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
5. Provide coaching and training to managers on best practices for handling employee relations issues.
6. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
7. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Collaborate with HR partners and legal counsel on complex employee relations cases.
9. Analyze trends and metrics related to employee relations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
10. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
11. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
13. Participate in and lead projects related to employee relations and HR initiatives.
14. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations as needed.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve employee relations processes and procedures.
