  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential candidates for key positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various talent intelligence tools and techniques to gather and analyze data on potential candidates.
  3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the requirements and qualifications for open positions.
  5. Use creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including but not limited to networking, social media, and job boards.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and candidate availability to inform hiring decisions.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent intelligence and sourcing techniques.
  10. Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve and streamline the sourcing and recruitment process.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and equal employment opportunity guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Talent Intelligence: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Talent Intelligence Researcher Position At Intuit Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Intelligence Or A Related Field. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of Sourcing, Market Analysis, And Talent Mapping.

  • Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And How To Leverage Them To Identify Top Talent. This Includes Experience With Various Sourcing Techniques, Such As Boolean Searches, Social Media Recruitment, And Networking.

  • Data Analysis And Reporting Skills: A Senior Talent Intelligence Researcher Should Be Well-Versed In Data Analysis And Reporting. This Includes The Ability To Collect And Interpret Data From Various Sources, As Well As Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner To Stakeholders.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship Building Skills: As A Senior Position, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Also Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: Intuit Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has A Proven Track Record Of Success In Talent Intelligence, With A Track Record Of Identifying And Attracting Top Talent. This Should Be Demonstrated Through Metrics And Examples Of Successful Hires Made Through The Candidate's Efforts.
