  1. Develop and drive the overall product vision and strategy for our company, taking into account the needs and desires of our customers, market trends, and company goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure effective execution of product roadmap and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve our products.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their needs to inform product development and drive customer satisfaction.
  7. Create and manage product roadmaps, including defining timelines and milestones, and regularly communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for product improvements.
  9. Serve as a product expert and advocate, both internally and externally, to promote our products and drive adoption.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our product strategy to maintain our competitive edge.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve our product development processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Market Release.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle And Experience Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Product Vision And Strategy To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Customer Needs To Drive Product Strategy And Roadmap Decisions.
