  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  7. Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
  8. Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve overall team performance.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Intuit, representing the company's values and mission.
  10. Continuously assess and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  12. Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Sales Manager At Intuit Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A B2B Environment. This Experience Should Include A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Key Accounts And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Mentor Their Team To Drive Results And Foster A Positive Work Culture.

  • Proven Track Record In Key Account Management: Intuit Is Looking For A Candidate Who Has A Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage And Grow Key Accounts. This Includes Developing And Executing Strategic Account Plans, Building Strong Relationships, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Industry Knowledge: Intuit Operates In The Tech Industry, So A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Its Trends Is Essential For Success In This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market, Competitors, And Customer Needs.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Sales Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate And Negotiate With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Internal Teams, And Senior Management. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must, Along With The Ability To Negotiate And Close Deals Effectively.
