- Manage revenue recognition process: The Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue recognition process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support: This role requires providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams on revenue recognition matters, including sales, legal, and finance teams. The Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant will be responsible for communicating complex accounting concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue: It is the responsibility of the Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant to ensure that all revenue is accurately and timely recognized, in accordance with relevant accounting principles and company policies.
- Review contracts and identify revenue implications: The Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant will review contracts and identify any revenue implications, ensuring that all contracts are in compliance with revenue recognition standards.
- Conduct revenue analysis: This role will require conducting detailed revenue analysis to identify any discrepancies or potential issues, providing recommendations for corrective action if needed.
- Stay updated on accounting standards: The Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant will be responsible for staying updated on accounting standards and ensuring that the company's revenue recognition policies are in compliance with any changes.
- Collaborate with other teams: This role will require collaborating with other teams such as sales, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and consistency in revenue recognition processes.
- Assist with audits: The Senior Revenue Recognition Accountant will assist with any internal or external audits related to revenue recognition, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Revenue Recognition, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Revenue Recognition Standards, Such As Asc 606.
Experience With Large, Complex Revenue Recognition Transactions And Knowledge Of Software And Saas Revenue Recognition.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Accounting Guidance To Real-World Scenarios.
