- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the company's compliance program.

- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
- Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing direction and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's compliance program.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the company's compliance status.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a strong culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Communicate any potential compliance risks or issues to senior management and work to address them in a timely manner.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Regulatory Compliance: A Senior Regulatory Compliance Assurance Program Manager At Intuit Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements In The Financial And Technology Industries, Including But Not Limited To Sox, Gdpr, And Pci-Dss. This Knowledge Should Be Backed By Several Years Of Experience In Managing Compliance Programs.
Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Manage Complex Projects And Drive Them To Completion. A Senior Regulatory Compliance Assurance Program Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Deadlines, And Delivering High-Quality Results.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Regulatory Compliance Assurance Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Partners, And Regulatory Bodies.
