  1. Lead the design process for new and existing products, from concept to launch, ensuring a user-centered approach and exceptional user experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to understand user needs and business goals.
  3. Conduct research, gather user insights, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions.
  5. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  8. Ensure consistency and maintain brand standards across all product designs.
  9. Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize features and functionality based on user needs and business objectives.
  10. Advocate for the user and champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development process.
  12. Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
  13. Use a data-driven approach to evaluate the success and impact of design solutions, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  14. Stay informed on emerging design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into design solutions when appropriate.
  15. Represent Intuit as a design expert at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Design: A Senior Product Designer At Intuit Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing Innovative Products For A Variety Of Industries. This Experience Should Include A Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Design Projects And A Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Principles: Intuit Is Focused On Creating Products That Provide The Best User Experience Possible. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Prototyping, And Usability Testing.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Product Designer, You Will Be Responsible For Solving Complex Design Challenges And Creating Solutions That Meet Both User And Business Needs. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Senior Product Designer At Intuit Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Managers, Engineers, And Other Designers. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Design Ideas And Work Together To Bring Them To Life.

  • Leadership And Mentorship Experience: Intuit Values Leadership And Mentorship, And A Senior Product Designer Should Have Experience Leading Design Teams And Mentoring Junior Designers. This Includes The Ability To Provide Feedback, Guide And Develop Team Members, And Advocate For Design Thinking Within The Organization.
