Senior Product Counsel

Intuit is looking for an experienced Senior Product Counsel with exceptional legal acumen to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative attorney who is passionate about product compliance and understands the complexities of the modern tech environment. In this position, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on product-related legal and regulatory compliance, as well as developing and facilitating training on the same.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a professional law firm or corporate legal department. You should have knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the development, release, and maintenance of software products. Experience with contracts, privacy, intellectual property, data security, and e-commerce is also highly desired. Responsibilities:

1. Provide advice and guidance on product-related legal and regulatory compliance.
2. Develop and facilitate training on product-related legal and regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor and evaluate the laws and regulations that pertain to the development, release, and maintenance of software products.
4. Draft and review contracts, privacy policies, intellectual property policies, data security policies, and e-commerce policies.
