As the leader of this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth for our QuickBooks Live service.   1. Lead and manage the QuickBooks Live Expert Network team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for the QuickBooks Live service.
  3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of QuickBooks experts to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the QuickBooks Live service and enhance customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and updates in QuickBooks and small business operations to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  7. Manage and resolve escalations and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and success.
  10. Represent Intuit and the QuickBooks Live service at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies to acquire and retain customers.
  12. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for the QuickBooks Live Expert Network team.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Act as a role model and leader for the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Quickbooks Software, Including Quickbooks Online, Pro, Premier, And Enterprise Versions.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading A Team And Achieving Business Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Clients And Team Members.
