  1. Develop and implement Intuit's global policy and regulatory strategy to support our mission and business objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze global policy and regulatory landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for Intuit.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and laws.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial technology industry and its impact on policy and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute advocacy plans.
  7. Advise senior leadership on potential policy and regulatory impacts on Intuit's products and services.
  8. Stay up-to-date on emerging policy and regulatory developments that may affect Intuit's operations.
  9. Manage a team of policy and regulatory professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
  10. Represent Intuit at conferences, events, and other industry engagements to promote our policy and regulatory agenda.
  11. Communicate Intuit's position on key policy and regulatory issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Drive positive change through effective communication and collaboration with government agencies and other organizations.
  13. Develop and manage partnerships with other companies and organizations to advance Intuit's policy and regulatory objectives.
  14. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of our policy and regulatory efforts.
  15. Continuously review and improve Intuit's policy and regulatory processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Global Policy And Regulatory Affairs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Policy And Regulatory Strategies In A Corporate Or Government Setting. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Global Regulatory Frameworks, Compliance Processes, And International Trade Agreements.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Senior Manager Of Global Policy And Regulatory Affairs, The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Regulatory And Policy Issues, Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities, And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Risks And Leverage Opportunities. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Insights And Recommendations That Align With The Company's Global Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Influencing Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate Complex Policy And Regulatory Issues To Internal Stakeholders And External Partners. The Candidate Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Influencing Key Decision-Makers And Building Relationships With Government Officials, Industry Associations, And Other Relevant Stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Teams, Foster Collaboration, And Drive Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Technology Industry: As A Senior Manager Of Global Policy And Regulatory Affairs, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Its Global Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Industry Trends, And Competitive Forces That May Impact The Company's Global Policy And Regulatory Strategies. The Candidate Should Also Be Well-Versed In The Company's Products And Services And Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Business Objectives.
