  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits communication strategy for Intuit, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of benefits communication professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support in their day-to-day tasks and projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure accurate and timely communication of benefits information to employees.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits communication, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Manage the creation and distribution of all benefits communication materials, including but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, videos, and online resources.
  6. Conduct regular audits and surveys to assess the effectiveness and impact of the benefits communication strategy and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the benefits communication experience for employees.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on Intuit's benefits package, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on benefit-related inquiries.
  9. Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction data related to benefits, and use insights to inform future communication strategies.
  10. Represent Intuit at industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and promoting Intuit's benefits communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Benefits Communications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Global Benefits Communication Strategies, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Manager Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Along With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Benefits Landscape: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Benefits Programs, Regulations, And Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Global Benefits Strategies.

  • Leadership And Strategic Thinking: The Senior Manager Should Be A Strategic Thinker With The Ability To Lead And Develop A High-Performing Team, Provide Guidance And Direction, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Results.

  • Project Management And Execution Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Projects, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Business Needs. Experience In Managing Budgets And Vendor Relationships Is Also Desirable.
